(6–12+ Month Timeline)

Focus: Deep organizational planning and full-scale event execution

  • Develop detailed organizational structures, including org charts and role responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and community needs assessment

  • Plan multi-event timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
